A young and motivated team brings fresh ideas and focuses on what really matters – quality, regionality, and authentic craftsmanship. All of this under the motto: “traditional but different”.

With passion and dedication, dishes are created using local and genuine products. Every week, farmers and producers from the area supply fresh vegetables, eggs, speck, meat, and many other high-quality ingredients.
